My Hotels are offering delegates 15% discount off the best available rate valid on 16th and 17th November 2017.
Upon booking, you will need to phone 0207 637 2000 and option 1 for reservations or email email@example.com and quote the block code: MGED171117. This will then take rooms from your allocation.
This means they can pick their own rooms, subject to availability under allocation. All guests will need to provide card details to guarantee their bookings.
If guests wish to cancel, they will need to do so before 2pm, 2 Days prior to arrival date to avoid being charged. Any cancellations made after the 2 Day cut off, will incur a full charge of their reservation.
Discounted bookings are available up until 16th October one month prior to the conference.
