Cheshire and Wirral Eating Disorder Service – 

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Eating Disorder Service offers a wide range of treatments in a variety of areas.  We will aim to treat you in the community, close to your home and family. However, occasionally people do need hospital treatment.  Our community clinics are based in Macclesfield, Crewe, Chester, Birkenhead, Warrington, Trafford and Bolton.  Our 14-bed inpatient unit is based in Clatterbridge. We understand how frightening and lonely eating disorders can be, but our dedicated and skilled staff can help you to overcome your difficulties.  Our treatments are tailored to your needs and include medical treatments, a range of talking therapies, dietetic and nutritional treatments and other types of care and support.  We can also provide support and care for your family and partner.

Northern Ireland

Restored –A Bournemouth based organisation that provides support to sufferers and carers They run a weekly drop-in and support group as well as offer counselling and befriending services.



 Tonbridge Eating Disorders Support Group for Carers – Based in Tonbridge and Sevenoaks this group is run by carers for carers of anyone affected by an eating disorder. The Carers Group usually meets on the last Wednesday of the month at Tonbridge School but please call or check the website first as sometimes the dates have to be changed. Regular Carers Workshops based on the New Maudsley method are run in Sevenoaks.
